You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the platform. The following are not allowed:

• Copying, reselling, or redistributing test content
• Attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
• Sharing your account with others

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All platform content — including questions, software, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it for personal study.

You retain ownership of the answers and content you submit. You grant us a license to process it to deliver feedback, scoring, and improvements to the service.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific band score outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, announced by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
